Cycle around Lake Mälaren
Lake Mälar is Sweden's third largest lake after Vänern and Vättern and about twice the size of Lake Constance in Germany. Many well-known and beautiful cities are located along the lake - above all Stockholm, but also Södertälje, Mariefred, Eskilstuna, Västerås, Enköping and Sigtuna inspire with Scandinavian flair and a certain relaxation. The sights along the lake are also worth to see: Drottningholm palace in Stockholm, Gripsholm palace in Mariefred, rune stones and Iron Age graves or Strömsholm Castle. Sigtuna deserves a special mention - together with Lund it is Sweden's oldest city. If you want, you can book this trip even with an overnight stay in University city Uppsala, Sweden's fourth largest city.

Stockholm for grownups and children
Sweden in general and Stockholm in particular are truly a paradise for families with children. It is quite obvious - who doesn't like to look back on all the great Astrid Lindgren books and series about Pippi Longstocking, Ronia the Robber's Daughter or Emil of Lönneberga? It is precisely these memories that come true, for example, in children's museum Junibacken or on the island of Birka, the city of the Vikings. Of course, a boat trip should not be missing here either, Stockholm should and can be discovered in different ways.
